Shipping
Always fast and FREE shipping within the US for orders over $50.
We now offer $15 flat rate shipping to Canada. CC Reese Boutique reserves the right to charge extra shipping for larger orders that exceed that flat rate cost. We will contact you ASAP if extra shipping is needed.
CC Reese Boutique is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages - if you have special shipping needs please email us before you order at info@ccreeseboutique.com
Returns
If for any reason, you don’t absolutely LOVE your purchase you have 14 days from receipt to return for a store credit. All items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
Please submit return requests to returns@ccreeseboutique.com with your name and order number for return shipping instructions. Once your return is processed we will email you a store credit code to be used on your next purchase.
***Please note that all SALE items are final and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We will always do our best to exchange any item. If you need to exchange within 14 days of purchase and item let us know ASAP and if we have what you need in stock we are happy to make the exchange. Please email returns@ccreeseboutique.com
***Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost on returns and exchanges. When shipping back to CC Reese Boutique we recommend adding tracking to your shipment to ensure receipt.
Damaged/Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately once received. If you find anything to be damaged or defective please email us within 3 days to be eligible for a full return or store credit. Please note that all original tags need to be attached to the item. Email returns@ccreeseboutique.com with photos, name and order number with damaged in the subject line. Once we have inspected the item we will issue a full refund or store credit.
We pride ourselves on our fast and free shipping and because of this, we cannot cancel any orders after they have been placed.
